Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and regulatory compliance (GCP, FDA, ICH).
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff (CRCs, nurses, support staff).
- Serve as primary contact for sponsors, CROs, and monitors.
- Manage patient recruitment, informed consent, and retention strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy, query resolution, and study documentation.
- Oversee study budgets, contracts, and financial tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3-5 years clinical research experience; 1-2 years management experience.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with multi-therapeutic trials preferred.
