Interior Designer

Ozark, MO | Full-Time | In-Office

Are you a creative Interior Designer who enjoys turning ideas into thoughtful, functional, and inspiring spaces? We're looking for an Interior Designer with 3-5 years of commercial design experience to join a collaborative architecture and design team.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside architects, project managers, consultants, and clients while contributing to projects from early concept development through construction administration.

What You'll Do

• Develop and present interior design concepts from initial vision through construction.
• Create space plans, finish palettes, FF&E selections, and interior design presentations.
• Prepare coordinated drawing sets including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, details, schedules, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, project managers, clients, and other design disciplines.
• Support construction administration through RFI/submittal reviews and site observations.
• Research materials, products, finishes, and current design trends.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• 3-5 years of commercial interior design experience.
• NCIDQ certification or actively pursuing NCIDQ.
• Strong understanding of architecture, construction, and building systems preferred.
• Creative design mindset with excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to work fully in-office in Ozark, MO and relocate if needed.
