This is a great opportunity to work alongside architects, project managers, consultants, and clients while contributing to projects from early concept development through construction administration.
What You'll Do
- Develop and present interior design concepts from initial vision through construction.
- Create space plans, finish palettes, FF&E selections, and interior design presentations.
- Prepare coordinated drawing sets including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, details, schedules, and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, project managers, clients, and other design disciplines.
- Support construction administration through RFI/submittal reviews and site observations.
- Research materials, products, finishes, and current design trends.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- 3-5 years of commercial interior design experience.
- NCIDQ certification or actively pursuing NCIDQ.
- Strong understanding of architecture, construction, and building systems preferred.
- Creative design mindset with excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to work fully in-office in Ozark, MO and relocate if needed.
