Shift Schedule: Shifts vary by day
Office hours range from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM on longer days
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
Greet and check in/check out patients
Verify demographics, insurance eligibility, and deductibles
Process prior authorizations and referrals
Collect patient co-payments
Answer routine phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Take and relay accurate messages
File/pull medical charts and prepare next-day charts
Request and organize patient intake forms
Schedule and confirm appointments
Medical Assistant Duties (Limited)
Assist providers with basic clinical tasks as needed
Support patients and staff with general guidance
Qualifications
Open to new graduates (accepted)
Minimum 2-4 Years Of Experience Required
Medical Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work with patients of all ages (infants to seniors)
