About The Opportunity

We are seeking Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) and Nurse Practitioners (NP) to join our busy and growing outpatient clinics in New York City.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated NPs/FNPs who are passionate about primary care and preventive medicine, and who want to make a meaningful impact in diverse communities. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform routine screenings, physical exams, and preventive care
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP or NP) in New York State
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred)
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting
