Responsibilities
Perform structural drafting and BIM modeling using Revit Structure and AutoCAD.
Support multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Coordinate drawings and models with engineers and other team members.
Collaborate with BIM technicians across company offices to maintain consistent drafting and modeling standards.
Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans.
Assist with structural documentation and project deliverables.
Apply appropriate drafting and modeling techniques based on project requirements.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience with structural drafting and BIM modeling.
Experience working on multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Knowledge Of Structural Materials, Including
Structural steel
Mild concrete
Post-tensioned concrete
Wood
Masonry
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Architecture, Engineering, or related Associate's degree is a plus.
