Provide leadership and oversight of clinical services, including behavioral, social work, speech and language, and dietary services.
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff and oversee clinical programming.
- Manage intake, discharge, staffing, training, and mentorship.
- Monitor treatment plans, behavior programs, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead crisis intervention and participate in interdisciplinary planning.
- Conduct program reviews and site visits to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Develop clinical policies, procedures, and staff training.
- Serve on internal committees, including the Human Rights Committee.
- Liaise with families, advocates, agencies, and department leaders.
- Participate in after-hours on-call and AOC rotation.
- Master's degree in Psychology or related human services field.
- Active LCSW or BCBA required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with Autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- ABA competency and behavior plan development experience.
- Proven management and leadership experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
- OPWDD experience preferred.
- Frequent standing and walking.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist individuals with movement.
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
