With a strong reputation for reliability and quality, the company has a proven track record of successfully developing multi-family housing projects in Northern New England.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator based in Portsmouth, NH.The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, analyzing project plans and documentation, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers. Responsibilities include collecting project data, sourcing pricing from vendors and subcontractors, and assisting Project Managers with schedule development and subcontractor buyouts.
