- Support the design and development of residential and commercial site development projects.
- Prepare and assist in the development of construction drawings and design documents.
- Apply civil engineering principles to support project planning and execution.
- Perform stormwater drainage design and analysis.
- Assist with roadway, waterline, and sanitary system design.
- Coordinate with local and state agencies for plan review and approvals.
- Participate in permitting and plat review processes.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project delivery.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and professional skills.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineering license or ability to obtain licensure within a short timeframe.
- Experience in land development and site design.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic principles.
- Experience with construction drawings and engineering documentation.
