- Create and optimize CNC programs for precision components.
- Use Mastercam and or NX for CNC programming.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and machining processes.
- Support CNC machine setup and machining operations.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
- Improve machining cycle times and production efficiency.
- Work with machinists, engineers, and production teams.
- Inspect parts and maintain quality standards.
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Follow manufacturing safety procedures and quality requirements.
- Support continuous improvement and on time production.
- CNC programming experience.
- Experience with Mastercam or NX.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and machining processes.
- CNC setup and tooling experience.
- Knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Precision machining or tooling experience preferred.
- CNC programming or manufacturing technology training or certification preferred.
