Key Responsibilities
- Assessments & Treatment Planning: Conduct in-person behavioral assessments and construct individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to pediatric/minor client needs.
- Program Implementation & Monitoring: Design, implement, and analyze client data to evaluate progress and make real-time program adjustments.
- Clinical Supervision: Provide remote and on-site clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct-care staff.
- Family & Team Collaboration: Conduct regular caregiver training and collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to maintain treatment consistency across home, school, and community environments.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation (progress reports, assessment summaries, treatment notes) in compliance with organizational policies, Virginia state regulations, and BACB ethical guidelines.
- Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) credential.
- Licensure: Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine (or active eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure prior to start date).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-certification BCBA experience required. (New graduates will not be considered for this role).
- Patient Population: Demonstrated experience working with minors/pediatric populations diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental delays.
- Travel: Willingness to conduct required in-person client assessments in the local Central/Southern Virginia area.
