Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Location: Paramus, NJ

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each client's clinical needs and goals.

• Create and update individualized treatment programs targeting communication, social skills, adaptive living skills, school readiness, and reduction of challenging behaviors.

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians, ensuring high-quality implementation of treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis and make data-driven adjustments to programming as needed.

• Conduct regular observations of clients and staff to ensure treatment integrity and effective implementation of ABA strategies.

Requirements:

• BCBA certification (required)

• NJ LBA License (required)

• Experience working with young children with autism

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to run cases independently

• Someone who values a structured, team-based environment
