Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services for children and families in a home-based setting. The BCBA will develop treatment plans, supervise clinical team members, and ensure delivery of compassionate, evidence-based behavioral therapy.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Deliver home-based ABA services and monitor treatment fidelity
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs and CBTs
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and progress
- Analyze data to guide decision-making and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain compliance with all BACB and insurance documentation standards
- Active certification as a BCBA, BCaBA, or LaBA in good standing
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for high-quality, family-centered ABA therapy
