Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Modify environments and adapt strategies to reduce interfering behaviors.
- Communicate assessment results and treatment goals clearly to families.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Review and approve clinical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Children aged 2-16 years diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental conditions.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification (and AL state licensure if required).
- Strong foundation in ABA methodologies and experience working with ASD populations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in supervision is highly valued.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts)
