Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R) and create individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide center-based services to children and families.
- Monitor progress, adjusting goals and interventions to ensure positive outcomes.
- Supervise and train paraprofessionals (RBTs, BCaBAs) to ensure effective service delivery
- BCBA Certification (or eligibility to sit for the certification exam).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
