- Mid-Level Associate: 4-6 years of bankruptcy law experience
- Partner Level: Significant bankruptcy law experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Sound legal judgment and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage sophisticated bankruptcy matters
- Judicial clerkship experience preferred
- Active admission to the Maryland Bar required
- Admission to the District of Columbia and/or Virginia Bar is a plus
