Experience
- Prior experience in federal or state administrative/regulatory law
- Experience working with regulated industries, including electric, natural gas, and water utilities
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
- Exposure to energy transition matters, such as renewable energy, decarbonized fuels, or clean energy mandates, is desirable
- Regulatory and compliance expertise in energy, utilities, or telecommunications
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of FERC, PUC, or other energy regulatory agencies preferred
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and pro bono work
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of a state bar (or eligible for admission)
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated professionalism and academic excellence
