A well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its experienced trial and appellate team. The firm represents professionals, hospitals, and public-service entities, with a particular focus on medical and hospital liability.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue civil motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written legal arguments.
• Prepare cases for trial, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and trial strategy.
• Collaborate with experienced trial and appellate attorneys.
• Provide high-quality legal representation and strategic support to clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research and written and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience drafting and arguing civil motions.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Experience preparing cases for trial.
• Active admission to the Oregon Bar required.
• Washington Bar admission is a plus.
• Strong professionalism, judgment, and commitment to legal excellence.
