Responsibilities
- Handle criminal, OWI, and traffic defense matters.
- Represent clients throughout the legal process.
- Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, prosecutors, and courts.
- Develop case strategies and advocate for clients' interests.
- Manage multiple cases while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the applicable state bar.
- Strong interest in criminal and traffic defense.
- Prior criminal defense experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational and case-management abilities.
- Commitment to providing effective and client-focused legal representation.
- Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
