Our Client's firm has established itself as an elite litigation firm in Ohio and is looking for an associate attorney to join their practice. If you are driven to succeed and want to be given an opportunity to work on a wide array of litigation matters, we want to meet you. Their medium-sized litigation firm is located in Akron, Ohio is looking for a highly motivated associate attorney with an extraordinary work ethic to join its insurance and corporate defense team. Insurance coverage and litigation experience is preferred but not required. The attorney who fills this role will be involved in handling important matters for their clients in a first chair and secondary role.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active license to practice law in Ohio
1-3 yrs of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
Strong drafting, research and writing skills
Ability to work effectively with teams and independently, as well as manage and prioritize multiple projects
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work with staff, attorneys and firm clients successfully
