Responsibilities
- Handle civil and business litigation matters, including construction defect cases
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings
- Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to manage case strategy
- Maintain clear communication with clients and colleagues
- Active Nevada Bar membership
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Litigation
- The ideal candidate will have civil, construction defect and business litigation experience
- Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience with multi-state matters is a plus
