Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of construction from project startup through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and owner representatives
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, contracts, and project documentation
- Assist with procurement, budgeting, cost tracking, and monthly requisitions
- Monitor project schedules and project milestones
- Work with field staff to resolve construction issues and support daily operations
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and follow up action items
- Maintain accurate project records using Procore and construction management software
- Support project safety, schedule, budget, quality, and overall project execution
- 5 to 7 plus years of commercial construction experience
- Strong ground up multifamily residential construction experience
- Experience with projects involving 100 plus residential units strongly preferred
- Knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
- Understanding of scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and project controls
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and coordination abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
