What You'll Do
- Develop architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Support projects from preliminary design through construction administration.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Apply building, life-safety, and accessibility codes to project designs.
- Participate in site visits, design coordination, and construction observations.
- Work on a variety of large- and small-scale projects.
- Contribute ideas, solve design challenges, and maintain high-quality project documentation.
- NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture.
- 3-5 years of professional architectural experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Enscape, Lumion, or similar visualization software.
- Strong understanding of building and accessibility codes.
- Excellent drafting, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively.
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to work fully in-office in Ozark, MO and relocate if needed.
