Part-Time, in office - 4 to 5 hours per day, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Monday through Friday -
Highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the Prototype Production/Manufacturing operations. Assist the Operations Manager with entry of orders, printing of tickets, new hire paperwork, timecard administration, and general office job responsibilities. Maintain a positive attitude and encourage others to do the same.
Prefer candidates with Customer Service and Accounting Skills.
The ideal candidate will handle daily clerical tasks, support the team with administrative duties, will help with accounting functions and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager and Production staff, ensuring everyone has what they need to excel.
· Scan documents, update paperwork, and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
· Assist staff with daily tasks, prepare reports, order supplies, clean the office and breakroom, etc.
· Maintain Office and Production Supplies
· Additional duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· General Accounting and Customer Service experience/skills preferred
· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Minimum high school diploma or GED required; additional education encouraged.
· Minimum of 2 years of previous Office Administration experience.
· Ability to communicate clearly & effectively to customers & staff, verbal and written interactions.
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screening.
· Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
This job is operated in an office and production environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Lifting to 30lbs. Constant bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, typing and other office related work.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
