QUICK SUMMARY
Prototek is hiring a Finishing Specialist I to support sheet metal production by ensuring parts are properly finished, marked, assembled, and prepared for delivery. This role is critical to maintaining part quality and supporting on-time shipments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, versatile, and comfortable working across multiple finishing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform silkscreen, part marking, and engraving
* Support plating, painting, powder coating, and hardware installation
* Assemble, label, and prepare parts for shipment
* Follow prints and finishing procedures
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
REQUIREMENTS: (Preferred too)
* 3 years finishing experience in manufacturing preferred
* Blueprint reading and basic computer skills
* Strong attention to detail and quality
