BUILD REAL SKILLS - NOT JUST A RESUME
This isn't a sit-back internship. You'll be on the floor, working with machinists, learning CNC fundamentals, inspection techniques, and how parts go from raw material to finished product.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with machine setup and production prep
- Load/unload materials and finished parts
- Perform deburring, cleaning, and part finishing
- Use calipers, micrometers, and basic inspection tools
- Read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Support tooling organization and shop flow
REQUIREMENTS:
- Pursuing CNC, manufacturing, or engineering training (preferred)Interest in CNC machining or manufacturing
- Basic mechanical aptitude willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
