As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee all aspects of revenue generation, customer engagement, sales leadership, pricing strategy, and performance reporting. - Revenue Generation: Build and execute growth strategies across direct and digital channels
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Strengthen customer relationships and enhance satisfaction
- Sales & Marketing Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing commercial teams
- Pricing, Quoting & Estimating: Oversee RFQ operations, pricing strategy, and win-rate performance
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Maintain robust CRM discipline, KPIs, analytics, and executive reporting
- Advanced customer engagement and business development skills
- Advanced pricing, negotiation, and contractual expertise
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning ability
- Advanced relationship management and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation ability
- Strong desire to win and a resilient, growth-oriented mindset

- 10 years in senior commercial leadership (CCO, VP Sales, VP BD)
- Proven B2B commercial leadership and sales growth success
- Industry experience: Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Industrial, or Electronics
- Success leading and developing large teams
- Experience with digital and AI-driven commercial sales platforms
- MBA or equivalent senior-level business education preferred
