We’re looking for a Human Performance Advisor—a confident communicator who enjoys outbound sales, meaningful conversations, and helping people move better.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound sales calls to clinics, providers, and warm prospects
- Manage inbound leads and guide them toward the right Protonics solution
- Educate customers through clear, confident conversations (no hard selling)
- Support customers with product questions and onboarding
- Maintain follow-ups and activity in CRM
- Build long-term relationships with clinics and users
Who This Is For
- Comfortable with outbound calling and inside sales
- Strong communicator who can explain concepts simply and confidently
- Self-directed, organized, and accountable
- Clinical background preferred (PTA, AT, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, etc.) but not required
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, rehab, or performance is a plus
Compensation & Structure
- 1099 / Independent Contractor Role
- Base Pay Equivalent: $38,000–$44,000 annually
- Incentives: Performance-based commissions & bonuses
- Schedule: Flexible, results-driven
