- Grant Real-World Agency: Lead the development of multimodal perception and control algorithms that allow AI agents to perceive, understand, and interact with the physical world in real-time.
- Architect the Intersection: Oversee the integration of Large Multimodal Models (LMMs) with physical actuators, sensory arrays, and mobile robotics platforms.
- Command the Space: Pioneer next-generation spatial computing systems that accurately model and understand complex real-world environments in 6DOF (SLAM, persistent digital twins, neural radiance fields).
- Define the Interaction: Lead groundbreaking research on intuitive, safe, and context-aware human-AI collaboration in shared physical and spatial environments.
- You are a systems synthesizer: You don't just know models; you know how they interface with perception hardware, kinematics, and control theory.
- You speak the language of physics: Deep, practical experience with modern deep learning for perception, reinforcement learning for control, and a strong understanding of robotics fundamentals.
