About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to program, set up, and support our machining operations. You’ll play a key role in turning castings into finished, high-tolerance components using GibbsCam (and possibly MasterCam).
What You’ll Do:- Program CNC machines using GibbsCam software (MasterCam experience a plus)
- Create in-process forms and documentation for job operations
- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Perform hand work including deburring, blending with grinders, and parts washing
- Assemble Permanent Mold tooling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area through daily/weekly 5-S duties
- Strong CNC programming experience (GibbsCam preferred)
- Solid understanding of machining practices and G-code
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1 year of machine operation experience (preferred)
- Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to commute to Commerce City, CO 80022
