Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal position based in White Plains, NY. The Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of matrimonial and family law matters and play a key role in case preparation, document production and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in all aspects of matrimonial and family law cases
- Draft correspondence and prepare legal documents, including divorce documents and family court petitions
- Must be proficient with NYSCEF, e-filing and e-Courts
- Must be proficient with LexisNexis research
- Manage discovery, including document collection, organization and compliance with discovery orders
- Prepare trial notebooks
- Process subpoenas and authorizations
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Assist with scheduling, case tracking, and general office support
- Share telephone responsibilities and manage client intake communications
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of law office experience (required)
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional telephone demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 – $90,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
