What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimating position at PROTO GAGE INC?
Proto Gage Tool & Die Inc. is a mid-sized stamping plant located in Sterling Heights Michigan. We are currently looking to fill an assistant position in our Quality Control Department / Cost Estimating Dept.
This person would be responsible for data entry of supporting quality documents such as inspection sheets, work instructions, gage instructions, supporting documents for PPAP, help with cost estimating documents and assist owner with day to day activities.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of Plex is a plus.
Well organized, self-motivated and able to follow directions.

Blueprint reading a plus but not required.
Experience in a manufacturing shop is a plus
Will train right person.
