Job Description:
- We are seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Analyst to support the G&A organization for a short term coverage, with a focus on Corporate Functions finance.
- As a key member of the G&A Finance team, this role will serve as a strategic partner to Facilities, Facilities, HR, Legal and G&A leadership, bringing financial rigor, transparency, and forward-looking insight across operating expenses, capital investments, and a complex global real estate portfolio.
- This individual will support OPEX and CAPEX governance, lease portfolio analytics, and monthly close, forecast cycles, annual plan, ensuring disciplined financial execution and predictable outcomes across G&A.
- Beyond core reporting, the role will deliver advanced spend modeling, contract, lease economics analysis, and scenario planning to inform footprint strategy, functional investment decisions, and long-range planning.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytically rigorous self-starter with strong communication and advanced modeling capabilities.
- By streamlining reporting, building scalable dashboards, and enhancing financial visibility, this Senior Finance Analyst will empower Facilities and Corporate Function leaders to make confident, data-driven decisions aligned with margin optimization, capital efficiency, and long-term business objectives.
- Close & Accounting Partnership:
- Partner closely with Accounting and AP during monthly close cycles to ensure accuracy across accruals, prepaids, AR, and invoicing, and deliver timely and accurate close outputs.
- Deliver reporting for monthly and quarterly reviews, and lead ad hoc analyses as needed.
- Spend Management & Business Partnership:
- Drive end-to-end financial management across G&A functions, including spend oversight and operational execution.
- Review and approve Purchase Requisitions (PRs), support PR clean-up, and partner with business teams on budget management, headcount inquiries, and contract economics in collaboration with Procurement.
- Financial Planning & Modeling:
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with assumptions using driver based and recommending initial tops down targets.
- Develop and maintain integrated financial models across CapEx, lease accounting, facilities (rent/CAM), and operating spend.
- Assess three-statement impacts to drive capital efficiency and cash flow optimization, while providing site-level financial visibility and building a centralized data foundation (data lake) as a single source of truth.
- Automation & Process Optimization:
- Support the automation and transformation of financial processes using SQL, Snowflake, Python, and AI tools to streamline workflows, improve scalability, and enhance reporting.
- Document and standardize processes (SOPs) across G&A Finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Cost Accounting, General Ledger (GL) accounting, or data analytics roles.
- Possess a mastery of financial modeling and the ability to synthesize massive datasets from tools like Snowflake, SQL, or Tableau into compelling narratives that drive executive action.
- You have a proven track record of navigating complex business-facing finance roles, specifically in designing investment frameworks or sales-incentive models within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- You are highly proficient in leveraging enterprise-level financial tools (such as Anaplan, SAP, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced spreadsheet functions to build scalable, automated reporting solutions.
- Collaborative Leadership: You are a self-starter who excels at managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously while building strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional global stakeholders.
