Job Description:
- You will be responsible for developing integrated partner marketing campaigns aligned to the partner sales priorities and in support of the partner managers in the field.
- We operate in a fast-paced environment with aggressive growth targets, so the ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results and be able to deliver both strategy and execution.
- This position reports to the Director of Global Partner Marketing.
- Generate high quality partner-sourced pipeline, accelerate the sales cycle and build/strengthen customer preference via marketing with and through partners for our client
- Create a partner marketing plan aligned to sales goals for the Global Partner Organization that incorporates key campaigns, considers all routes to market and leverages partner-led tactics.
- Be a strong partner with Partner team leadership, taking ownership and accountability in driving demand and winning together
- Collaborate with the Global Strategic Programs and Field Marketing teams to drive incremental activities that expand access to new audiences such as key decision-makers and influencers.
- Plan strategically with partners, and invest in partner-led activities for scale and reach
- Meet with partners and partner field teams in person and participate in key co-marketing activities
- Establish KPIs and continually evaluate the performance and ROI of partner campaigns and MDF investments against business goals; adjust to plans as needed
- Deliver regular, proactive communication with partner sales and marketing leaders, sharing pipeline results, trends and insights
- Manage MDF budget with excellence, ensuring spend drives optimal impact and ROI; ensure governance and compliance of investments in accordance with the Partner Program
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, ensuring they are well-versed in our client solutions, partner business models, and business operations
- Scale impact via partner ready campaigns
- Proven track record as a strategic partner to partner sales leadership, developing high trust relationships between partner sales, sales and marketing
- Adept at building and leading teams in a faced paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional collaboration with field, solutions marketing, alliances, and campaign teams; be a great teammate to the broader organization.
- Extensive knowledge and experience delivering partner demand generation programs and exceeding pipeline goals (to/with/through-partner motions, co-sell, joint plans).
- Strategic thinking, business acumen and creativity
- Ability to represent the partner business to all levels of sales and marketing leadership with proactive, data-driven communication

- Expert at investing in activities that deliver access to audiences across the entire demand funnel

- Excellence in MDF budget management.
- Candidates should have 5 years’ marketing experience in B2B technology products or services strongly preferred.
- Experience developing plans considering GSI, MSP, Alliance, Distributor, and Reseller partner routes to market
- 3 years of Public Sector marketing experience
- Proven expertise aligning to partner sales teams and sales business outcomes
- Experience understanding unique GEO motions, differences and needs
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Allocadia, Google Workspace preferred
- 50% Travel
