Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, attending to walk-in/will call customers, and responding to emails in a timely fashion. * Please note that this position requires the ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times per day, as well as lifting boxes to help customers as needed *
- Process payments utilizing electronic system.
- Create Excel spreadsheets using information provided by customers and creating Sales Orders (QuickBooks).
- Use online system to retrieve information and create orders.
- Work with the production team and Sales Representatives to provide total customer service by taking responsibility for order processing from order creation to shipment of product.
- Follow orders through processing (requires walking up and down stairs, between the offices and production floor, to answer questions and check on order progress)
- Assisting with any other duties as required.

Qualifications and Knowledge:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of customer service or office experience preferred; or equivalent education
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite of applications (Outlook, Excel required)
- Working knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks preferred
- Competent telephone skills
- Basic math skills required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English required)
- Positive and energetic demeanor
