Job duties:
Register new patients into medical management software system and update as needed
- Schedule patient appointments
- Verify Benefits
- Manage clinician's multi site schedules to include hospital/clinic and school settings
- Request clinical and prescriptions as needed
- Display excellent customer service skills and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and patients.
Privately owned O&P Facility established in 1988 specializing in pediatrics. We fabricate and fit patients with artificial limbs and braces. We have an immediate opening for FT Medical Secretary. Candidates must display excellent communication and customer service skills and have the ability to multi task. We are looking for energetic individuals who enjoy working with special needs children and their families to come join our team.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
