Work With a Collaborative Rehabilitation and Wellness Team

Physical Therapy is a major part of the care provided at ProTherapy Concepts.

You will also work within a multidisciplinary environment that brings together Physical Therapy, chiropractic care, personal training, sports performance, and nutrition.

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic and wellness patients
• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Deliver evidence-based Physical Therapy interventions
• Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and movement-based rehabilitation
• Progress patients appropriately throughout their episode of care
• Educate patients on recovery, movement, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants to carry out effective plans of care
• Track patient progress and modify treatment strategies when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate clearly with patients, teammates, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in a team environment focused on improving patient outcomes and quality of care

What We Are Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain North Carolina licensure
• New graduate and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
