Experience

β’ Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships
β’ Experience engaging donors, sponsors, or corporate partners
β’ Experience in nonprofit, humanitarian, healthcare, or international organizations is a plus
Skills
β’ Strong negotiation and communication skills
β’ Ability to conduct negotiations at a senior/executive level
β’ Experience with partnership agreements, MoUs, and sponsorship agreements
β’ Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach
β’ Ability to build and manage a partnership pipeline
Languages
β’ Fluent English β required
β’ Ukrainian β required
β’ Additional languages are a plus
