The Enterprise Account Manager will focus on expanding relationships within our large enterprise accounts through a “land and expand” sales strategy. You will be responsible solely for driving new revenue opportunities across our established customers, while our Customer Success team manages day-to-day service and support. This role requires a results-oriented professional with a strong track record in enterprise sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Expansion:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, nurture, and grow revenue opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs and our product roadmap.
- Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary sales contact for assigned enterprise accounts, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Regularly engage with decision-makers to understand their evolving business challenges and position our solutions as strategic enablers.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to craft tailored solutions that drive customer success and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure continuous account health and expansion.
- Negotiation & Contracting:
- Lead negotiations for contract renewals and expansion deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term customer commitment.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts that meet business objectives.
- Market & Product Expertise:
- Gain a deep understanding of Protex.AI’s computer vision software and how it integrates with CCTV systems to mitigate on-site risks.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and customer advisories.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in enterprise sales or account management, preferably within the technology or SaaS sectors.
- Demonstrated success in a land and expand sales cycle with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
- Technical Acumen:
- Familiarity with computer vision, CCTV, or security technology is highly desirable.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and articulate the value of complex solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
