We're seeking a commission-only Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our footprint in the private security market. This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential—perfect for an independent, motivated sales expert who knows how to bring in business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience selling contract security guard services (must-have)
- Strong network and knowledge of local/regional markets
- Track record of closing multi-property, patrol-based accounts
- Ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Professionalism, persistence, and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales performance.
- Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage customer relationships and track sales progress.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project success.
