This Job Is For You If:
- You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of architecture and implementation—comfortable designing integration patterns one moment and jumping into a working session with a client the next.
- As a Senior Solutions Integration Architect, your day often begins by reviewing a customer’s environment and mapping out how Protegrity’s platform can be integrated to meet their data protection goals.
- You’ll collaborate with Solution Engineers and Customer Success to translate business needs into technical blueprints, then roll up your sleeves to help bring those solutions to life.
- You’ll frequently provide over-the-shoulder guidance to client implementation teams—whether it’s walking them through an ESA configuration, supporting a DSG deployment, or helping troubleshoot a Cloud API integration.
- You’ll be a trusted technical partner during critical delivery milestones.
- You’ll lead Q&A-style office hours, offer consultative support during installations, and ensure that best practices are followed across environments.
- If you enjoy being hands-on, solving integration puzzles, and guiding customers through successful deployments without managing people—this role is designed for you.
- Design and implement integration patterns that align with enterprise architecture and customer-specific data protection goals.
- Provide over-the-shoulder guidance to client implementation teams during software installs, configuration, and validation—especially in second-environment or multi-phase deployments.
- Deliver expert, in-the-trenches support to client implementation teams throughout software installation, configuration, and validation processes.
- Act as a technical mentor during complex deployments—particularly in second-environment setups and multi-phase rollouts—by providing real-time troubleshooting, system tuning, and architecture-level guidance.
- Ensure best practices are followed and critical milestones are met by working side-by-side with engineers to navigate integration challenges and optimize performance.
- Lead technical working sessions and Q&A-style office hours to support customer teams through ESA, DSG, and Protector installations, following packaged delivery milestones.
- Active participation in client-facing troubleshooting and debugging sessions, applying deep technical insight to solve complex issues in real time.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable integration plans and architecture diagrams using tools like Visio, Draw.io, or PowerPoint.
- Develop and document best practices, reusable templates, and repeatable delivery processes to improve consistency and efficiency across customer engagements.
- Maintain deep knowledge of cloud-native technologies, integration approaches, and DevOps practices to inform solution design and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent hands‑on delivery experience
- 8–12 years in enterprise architecture, solution design, integration engineering, or technical implementation within complex environments
- Ability to operate autonomously across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization
- Practical expertise with integration frameworks and tools, including RESTful/SOAP APIs and data movement/transformation platforms (ETL, RDBMS, data lakes, data warehouses)
- Strong proficiency in Linux (shell scripting, administration, production troubleshooting)
- Demonstrated depth in one or more major cloud platforms, spanning infrastructure, database management, and API integration, with broad architectural awareness
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and at least one NoSQL system (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB)
- Skill in designing, optimizing, and managing data architectures across traditional and distributed environments
- Proficiency with modern data platforms, including data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and scalable data lakes/lakehouses supporting analytics, real‑time processing, and ML workflows
- Deep understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) across cloud and hybrid infrastructures
- Advanced SQL and fluency in at least two programming languages—ideally Python, Java, and/or C#
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non‑technical audiences
- Hands‑on experience guiding customer teams through installation, configuration, and validation of Protegrity components or comparable enterprise solutions
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% for client engagements and project delivery needs
- Successful delivery of integration‑intensive projects in complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Protegrity’s packaged delivery framework and key milestones (ESA, DSG, Protector.)
- Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles, data protection regulations, and secure SDLC methodologies.
- Active CISSP or equivalent credentials (e.g., CISM, CCSP) strongly preferred.
- Track record of successfully delivering integration-intensive projects across complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Protegrity’s packaged delivery framework, including key milestones such as ESA, DSG, and Protector deployments.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection regulations, and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Active CISSP certification or equivalent credentials (e.g., CISM, CCSP) are considered a strong asset.
- Become a member of a leading Data Protection, Privacy and Security company during one of the best market opportunities to come along in a generation.
- Competitive Compensation/Total Reward Packages that include:
