Role Description
We are seeking one Junior Associate Attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience in labor and employment law to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about employment law, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a collaborative legal environment.
Salary Range
$100k-$150k
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling employment litigation matters including administrative charges, demand letters, and civil complaints.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and clients on case strategy and execution.
- Handle court appearances; focus is on tactical case work
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 1–3 years of experience in employment law, litigation, or administrative agency practice.
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
