What You’ll Do
Client Outreach & Prospecting:
- Identify, qualify, and engage new prospects through calls, emails, social outreach, and meetings.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand pain points around performance, downtime, hosting, and IT support.
Relationship Building:
- Become a trusted advisor by listening deeply, understanding root issues, and aligning real solutions from the best problem solvers on the planet.
- Build long-term relationships that lead to larger, more strategic opportunities.
Sales Execution:
- Find, qualify and then deliver presentations and communicate our value in clear business terms.
- Collaborate with engineering to tailor solutions that actually solve the client's problems.
- Craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Industry Engagement:
- Attend conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and networking events to expand your pipeline.
- Represent Protected Harbor as a high-credibility technical partner.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, technical teams, and account managers to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.
What You Bring
- A personable, engaging, and highly relational sales style
- Strong book of business with clients that will follow you to the moon
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Current Experience selling MSP, cloud, hosting, or technical services (preferred)
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them to business value
- Persistence, resilience, and genuine curiosity about client problems
