What You Will Be Selling
This role is focused on leasing and deploying HD pavement protection systems on active construction sites.
You are not selling a product—you are delivering a jobsite solution that directly impacts cost, efficiency, and risk.
Our systems are used for:
- Heavy equipment access over finished or sensitive surfaces
- Driveway and hardscape protection on luxury builds
- Turf and landscape preservation
- Clean, controlled jobsite access paths
- Preventing costly damage, rework, and delays
Key value you will communicate:
- Avoiding $10K–$100K in potential damage repairs
- Maintaining project timelines by preventing setbacks
- Enhancing site professionalism for high-end clients
- Providing a reusable, scalable solution for ongoing projects
This is a high-visibility, problem-solving sale directly tied to real jobsite pain points.
The Opportunity
This is a high-level, relationship-driven sales role for someone who understands construction operations and can identify where protection systems are required before problems occur.
You will be working directly with decision-makers who control site logistics, budgets, and risk.
Ramp Expectations
- 30-day ramp period with draw support
- Expected to generate pipeline and close initial deals within first 30 days
- Transition to performance-based earnings after ramp
Key Responsibilities
- Identify active construction sites requiring pavement and surface protection
- Build relationships with:
- General Contractors
- Luxury Home Builders
- Project Managers & Superintendents
- Conduct site visits to assess risk areas and recommend solutions
- Present Protect X systems as a cost-saving and risk mitigation tool
- Generate and close lease agreements
- Maintain pipeline and repeat business
Requirements (Strict)
- 10 years combined experience in construction and/or construction sales
- Direct jobsite experience (field, PM, estimating, or sales)
- Proven ability to close deals in a construction-related environment
- Strong understanding of jobsite logistics, sequencing, and equipment movement
- Existing South Florida construction network strongly preferred
- Self-driven, disciplined, and performance-oriented
