The Role:
Maximising revenue and commercial performance from our key partners is crucial for
the growth of our business. Sitting within our commercial team, you will have the
opportunity to provide a unique voice to grow the value that we can achieve from our
products across the global big-name brands we work with.
As a Partnership Manager, you will continuously work closely with our key partners
across the North America region, developing a strong relationship with each partner to drive
deeper engagement and maximise revenue generated from our products to achieve
long term partnership success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall strategic management and revenue growth of assigned portfolio of key partners.
- Build strong personal relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enable Protect Group to expand our presence across existing partnership base.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Identify new revenue-generating opportunities for cross sell and upsell and build a specific business case to present to partners.
- Develop and monitor annual Partnership Success Plans and initiatives in collaboration with Partnership and Sales Directors to ensure KPIs are being met.
- Schedule annual, quarterly, and monthly business reviews.
- Identify and recommend solutions and innovative ideas to meet our partner’s needs and commercial objectives.
- Create and analyse reports to review and identify business opportunities.
- Negotiate contract renewals to retain key partners.
- Maintain accurate CRM client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Generate accurate reporting to demonstrate the progress and forecast revenue against targets.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Represent Protect Group at industry conferences and events.
Experience Requirements:
- A deep understanding of the travel, ticketing, transport, accommodation, or leisure industry in the North America.
- Experience in liaising, influencing, and driving senior-level action plans with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven commercial analysis and reporting record, with a well-developed understanding of the value of data.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
