We are a growing manufacturing company based in Port St. Lucie looking for a reliable, hands-on Production & Shop Lead.

Schedule
- 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
- 7AM-5:30PM
- Full-time, consistent hours
- Overtime available when needed
Work Environment
- Steady & consistent workflow
- Independent stations
- Clean warehouse with AC
- Room for advancement
What You’ll Do
- Work hands-on at production stations
Stations:
- Assembly
- Sewing
- Basic Machine Operation
What We’re Looking For
- Must show up on time every day
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a process driven production environment
- Able to stay organized and keep others on track
- Willing to step in and help wherever needed
- The ability to operate a forklift
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
