We're hiring a Territory Sales Representative to develop and grow business relationships throughout the Greenville area. In this field-based role, you'll manage your own assigned territory, meet with business owners and key decision-makers, and help local companies provide valuable workplace benefits to their employees.
Through a combination of new business development and ongoing account management, you'll build long-term client relationships while growing your own book of business. We provide comprehensive training, a structured onboarding process, and the support you need to succeed, whether you're bringing sales experience or starting a new career.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate new opportunities through networking, outreach, warm calling, cold calling, and consistent CRM follow‑up
- Manage an assigned local territory and meet in person with business owners and decision makers
- Deliver client presentations in a clear, confident way that helps companies understand their options
- Build lasting relationships and follow up with new and existing accounts
- Track your progress and client interactions using our CRM tools
- Participate in hands‑on training, sales development workshops, and weekly meetings

Preferred Qualifications
- A self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a team
- Confident starting conversations and building professional relationships
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on commitments
- Open to coaching, quick to learn, and willing to follow a structured process
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, hospitality, or another professional client-facing role is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
