- Project: Major Tunnel & Underground Infrastructure Works
- Estimated duration of the position: 48 months -In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give him/her continuity.
- Summary
- Main Responsibilities
- Support daily TBM operations during assigned shifts.
- Monitor TBM production and excavation performance.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily shift reports.
- Track productivity metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize TBM availability.
- Support construction planning and operational scheduling.
- Interface with survey, engineering, and construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with project health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to tunnelling operations.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 working hours plus a 1‑hour lunch break. Depending on project needs, it may later transition to rotational shifts.

- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in tunnelling, underground construction, or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
- Experience supporting TBM operations is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of tunnel construction methodologies and underground works.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams on site.
- Strong reporting, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- English level: C1 (Advanced).
- Local, Spanish, Mexican, or international profiles will be considered.
