Production Associate- General Labor

We are looking for a first shift Production associate to assist with general labor type tasks.

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for general laborer tasks processing fiber blankets by folding and connecting materials as part of the manufacturing process. This position offers internal training, great pay and benefits, and opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Stage, lift, and stack fiber materials to meet customer specifications.
• Process and assemble ceramic fiber blankets by folding and connecting.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, welders, and power tools (training provided).
• Work from elevated platforms such as scaffolding and scissor lifts.
• Participate actively in company-wide safety and housekeeping programs.

• Able to work scheduled shift: (6AM - 2:30PM M-F) - Break time 8:25 - 8:45 lunch 11:30 - 12:00. Overtime on weekends can be available and that shift is 5AM - 11AM

Expectations

Position: Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate / General Labor
 Shift: 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)
 Pay: $18.00per hour, increase $18.50 after 90 days.
