We're looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to help keep our operations running at peak performance at our Wabash, Indiana facility. This is your chance to work in a challenging, high-energy environment where your expertise is valued and your impact is visible.
Pay, Schedule & Perks:
- $34.00/hour
- 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule (6 PM - 6 AM) - must be able to work nights
- Retention Bonus:
- $300 at 90 days
- $1,000 at 9 months
- Quarterly perfect attendance bonus

What You'll Do:
- Perform mechanical maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and welding
- Work with mobile equipment, hand tools, and power tools
- Utilize diagnostic tools to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate and monitor the plant's SCADA system
- Safely work at elevated levels when needed
- Play a key role in maintaining uptime and keeping production moving

What You Bring:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong skills in mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and mobile equipment
- Basic welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Familiarity with SCADA systems or automated equipment is preferred
- Ability to safely work at elevated levels and in a physically demanding environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications are a plus
