Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, ensuring a professional first impression
- Managephone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks
- Handle filing, document proofreading, and organize office supplies to keep the workspace tidy and functional
- Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for team members or executives
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including basic invoicing and expense tracking
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and time management techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
